Real Examples of how the MOD treats injured servicemen/servicewomen, right now!

Soldier A:

Discharge Date:              15/02/2001 - 15 years
Medical discharge:           Brain Injury/Epilepsy due to service in theatre (Iraq)
Compensation AFPS75:    £ 0
Aftercare/resettlement:    None

Soldier B:

Discharge Date:              12/06/2005 - 9 years
Medical discharge:           Brain Injury/Epilepsy due to service in theatre (Iraq)
Compensation AFCS:        £172,000 but still not enough!
Aftercare/resettlement:    Still not enough!

Both Soldier A & Soldier B deserve better ! Please do not presume that this is a complaint about the treatment Soldier B receives. It is a statement of fact about the differences that exist !

MOD bureaucracy is not helping injured soldiers.
